    A dedicated division for testing and failure analysis. Recurring failure patterns are examined here until the actual cause is established, not just the symptom.

    Test procedures run on software and test-bench hardware developed in-house. Both exist because off-the-shelf solutions don't ask the questions that matter.

    Components are captured digitally and reconstructed as our own CAD models. That means geometry exists as real data, not as assumption.

    A component that almost fits is damage waiting to happen. We don't offer anything whose fit we can't stand behind.

    Availability is part of the product.

    A part that can't be delivered helps no engine. That's why stock sits where it's needed, not where it costs the least.

    Cause first, then product.

    A product meant to solve a problem starts with the question of why that problem occurs. Masking symptoms is not a solution.

Quality Built into the Process

Quality control doesn't happen only at the end: inspection takes place during and after manufacturing, from the raw part through dimensioning and hardening to the ready-to-ship product.
