Delivery times are displayed on the item page in our online store.
Orders whose payment is received by 13:30 will be shipped on the same business day. If you pay after 13:30, the calculation of the delivery time begins on the following business day.
We ship from Monday to Friday. There is no shipping on Sundays and holidays.

We are constantly working on an up-to-date vehicle application list. However, to check the fit, it is sometimes essential to compare the OE number (also OEM number). OE numbers are the numbers that the vehicle manufacturer assigns to its components.
In the course of the production time of a vehicle it often happens that the vehicle manufacturer changes a component slightly or the parts supplier changes. Since a new OE number is then usually assigned, several OE numbers are often listed in our item description. The component supplied by us is therefore suitable for all these OE numbers.
Therefore, please check the OE numbers yourself before buying and before contacting our support! Our support refers to exactly the same data that you see in the item description!
Despite constant production, it can happen in peak times that articles are no longer available. It is not possible to give an exact forecast about availability, but you have the possibility to enter your e-mail address with your desired item. You will then immediately receive an automatic notification as soon as the article is available again.

When you purchase a product from us that includes an eGuide, you receive an online manual, accessible with login credentials on our website. There is no printed manual included.
How to access your eGuide:
- After your purchase, we will send your login credentials to the email address you provided.
- If you can’t find the email, please check your spam folder first.
Didn’t receive your credentials? No problem!
- Visit the Login Page.
- Click on the link “Forgot Password?”.
- Enter the email address you used for the purchase.
- You’ll receive an email with a link. Click the link to create a new password.
- Log in with your new password and access your eGuide right away.
